The CaterShark Kitchen Preparation functionality enables catering professionals to generate Cost Per Portion values across all Recipes assigned to any of the Menu Options that are tied to an event. Based upon each recipe's Cost Per Portion amounts, CaterShark also dynamically generates Cost Per Person amounts based on the event guest count.
With the Kitchen Preparation module, kitchen staff can view all needed recipes for an event and easily view & print all recipe related data. Oftentimes recipes are created using serving amounts different than what needs to be delivered to the customer. The Kitchen Preparation module can re-calculate ingredient amounts based on a specified portion count or simply export the original amount to Adobe PDF file format.
